To finish our park, the MAZ committee is raising funds from the community. To date we have raised almost $1.2 million. To finish the park we will need another $800,000. With these funds we plan to complete the skate park area with a new design from Rich Landscapes We plan to build a sound shell for outdoor theatre, presentations and concerts. Flying Fox

MAZ has recently completed a flying fox in the park. After some final adjustments we have a final Code of Compliance for our flying fox. It is proving to be a very popular addition to the park. Funding for this was raised from the For Everyone Charitable Trust and Foundation North.

Plans For Snake Path Around Children’s Playground

These are the plans for the snake pathway around the children's playground area, which is being installed. The pathway is designed for parents to wheel buggies and strollers from the carpark, all around the small children's playground. First Skate Coaching Session

MAZ had it's first Skateboard Coaching Session on Sunday, 28th April, 2013. The turnout was fantastic! We will probably need more coaches next time. Thank you to all who participated. John Sutcliff Redwood Longboard Donated to MAZ

John Sutcliff has hand crafted and donated to MAZ an amazing longboard which is made from redwood. The longboard is truly beautiful and an absolute work of art. It is currently on display in the Smashed Pipi Bar and well worth a visit to the Smashed Pipi bar to view it. The redwood longboard will be raffled off as a fundraiser.
